This message calls us to consider the uniqueness of Christ’s conception and birth. He became the Founder of a New Creation. Just as the Holy Spirit was active in the original Creation, so He was active in the Conception of Jesus, The Son of God, The Holy One. He was set aside as Holy so that He might become the firstborn of The New Creation

35 And the angel answered her, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born[a] will be called holy—the Son of God.
