Halloween/Reformation Day

On Sunday 31st October we have our services in the chapel at the usual times of 10.30am and 6pm. In the morning service, Pastor Andy will be preaching on a brilliant verse from the Old Testament book of the prophet Micah. The verse is in chapter 6 and verse 8: He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?

The evening service is very special as a member of our congregation is being baptised. Come along and hear her story of coming to faith and witness this important moment of obedience to Jesus in her life. Pastor Andy will be preaching on a passage of the Bible that is fundamental to all that we believe about salvation – Genesis Chapter 3.

Many Christians particularly mark this date as Reformation Day as it is the date when Martin Luther nailed his 95 Theses to the door of the Castle Church in Wittenberg, Germany. Here is a couple of links with more information about that:
